Schedule Chart

1. Overview

In the operation workbench, the scheduling information of all tasks and campaigns are displayed in the form of Gantt charts.

2. Usage Instructions

Display Content Scope

Ongoing tasks, campaigns, and tasks within campaigns are shown.

• "Finished" tasks are not displayed in the scheduling table.
• "Deleted", "Draft", "Pending", and manually triggered tasks are not shown in the scheduling table.

Period Switching

• Scheduling information is displayed from three time perspectives: week, month, and year.

View Switching

• The schedule chart can be viewed in two kinds of views: campaign view and task view:
  • Campaign view: Shows the relationship between campaigns and the tasks within them.
  • Task view: All tasks (regular tasks and tasks within campaigns) are mixed together.

Filtering

• Multiple filtering options are available to filter campaigns and tasks:

  • Campaign view: campaigns can be filtered by Creator, PushChannel, Campaign Name, Duration, and Campaign Type.
    

  • Task view: tasks can be filtered by Creator, PushChannel, and Groups options.
