# Real-time usage status of Events and Properties
TE has gradually opened up real-time applications, allowing you to obtain information and implement strategies based on real-time user behavior. For example, "Real-time Alerts" make it easy for you to get alert information immediately when data anomalies occur, and "[Triggered tasks]" enables you to instantly push a gift pack when users meet certain conditions.
Most events and properties in TE can be selected in Real-time applications; however, due to data stability considerations, a few events and properties are not available in real-time.
# Real-time usage status of events
On the Events page, the "Real-time Usage Status" list clarifies the events currently available for the above-mentioned real-time applications.
Real-time application unavailable events are as follows:
- Custom event
- Events that were once added to First event check
- Events that were once reported as Updated event
# Real-time usage status of properties
In the event property and user property pages, the "Real-time usage status" list clarifies the properties currently available for the above-mentioned real-time applications.
Real-time application unavailable properties are as follows:
- [Dimension property ]
- [Custom property], and the definition of the custom property includes content other than Tracked property, Preset property, and constants; or a user-defined function (UDF) has been used.
